Delivery Information
Provided your item is ordered before 12pm that day it will be with you the next day within Ireland. This is on all orders placed Monday-Thursday. Courier service does not deliver on a weekend so therefore Orders placed before 12pm on a Friday will arrive on Monday. Orders placed after 12 pm on Friday or orders placed Saturday and Sunday will be dispatched Monday and delivered Tuesday. If your order does not arrive on the day expected then please contact customer service.
Orders to the UK will take 3-4 working days, Europe 4-7 working days.
Price:
Delivery within Ireland is €6 postage & packaging in Ireland including the North of Ireland, even for the next day service. Delivery outside of Ireland depends on the area. Please contact sales@neola.ie giving your full address, for this rate. Typical deliveries cost to mainland UK is €20.00. Returns are not free. The return of an item is the responsibility of the customer. In addition you must pay for the item to be sent back to you if you are requesting an exchange as the original delivery is already free of charge.
Tracking:
If you wish to track an order please obtain your tracking number from customer service if you have not already received one in your email confirmation email then simply log on to www.fastway.ie and track your parcel. If you are experiencing any difficulty in tracking your order or there is a delay then please contact our customer service team and we will be happy to help you resolve the issue. Similarly if you have an issue with the courier service or driver then please contact us directly as we believe customer service is the main priority and we will do what we can to ensure a stress free speedy delivery.
Please note:
The courier service is a separate entity to our company. Any loss or damage of goods by them will be dealt with by us but is not at the fault of Neola.ie and we will ensure where possible that the item is replaced or a full refund is given.
If you live locally to one of our stores you may also order online and collect in the store. If this is the case you must call the store you will be collecting from after you have placed your order. It is important to note that some items may not be in each store so the item you require may not be in the store nearest to you but can be transferred to your local store within 24 hours.
