Do I need an account to shop at Neola.ie?
No you do not need an account. You simply log on and begin shopping, payment is taken at the end of the transaction.
When do I make payment?
Payment is taken as soon as your card details are entered. This will ensure the item you purchased is secured for you. Payment is to be made immediately for this reason as it is the only way you can secure the item.
What methods of payment do you take?
We take most major credit cards. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Laser, Visa Debit and 3v.
Can I pay by cheque or bank draft?
Unfortunately due to security reasons we cannot accept cheque via post. We can take a cheque in store provided the relevant bankers card is also produced. We can take postal orders and bank drafts via post provided it is sent via swift post and with us the next day. If it is any longer than this we cannot hold the item. Your item will be sent once the bank draft or money order is approved.
Can you hold an item for me?
We cannot hold an item through the site unfortunately. However an item can be held in one of our stores if you wish. You can simply call the store and they will hold it for you, you must however pick up in store as once an item is being held it will be taken off the site.
Can I put a deposit on something and pay the rest off at a later date?
Yes if you like an item that you see online you can give a deposit over the phone to one of our stores and pay the rest off at a later date. Please note this is an In-store service only and therefore store terms and conditions apply. Delivery will still be free and deposit to be paid via credit or laser card. It will then be held for up to three weeks and will be sent out to you once the final payment is made.
How Do I place an order?
Simply click on the size of the dress you want, add to cart, click checkout and follow the steps. Please ensure that address, email and phone number is correct as we need these for delivery purposes. If your number is incorrect then it will delay delivery.

Can my order be delivered to an address other than my home address, e.g to work, PO BOX or Hotel?
For security reasons we are unable to deliver to PO box addresses. We can however deliver to residential addresses, other than your personal home address (ie, if you are wanting to send the item as a gift to someone), but we cannot deliver to Hotels, unless this is your permanent place of residence or your place of employment.
How do I track my order?
Once you've placed you order it will be processed and dispatched, you will then receive an email letting you know your order has been dispatched and this should include your Fastway tracking number. If you did not receive a tracking number with this then please email us at sales@neola.ie and request one. Then you simply log on to www.fastway.ie and track your parcel in their 'Track and Trace' section on their home page.
If it is an order outside of Ireland then please contact us via email and we will provide you with an Irish postal tracking number and you can track it on www.anpost.ie
When can I expect my delivery?
All orders will be sent during the working week and delivered next day, except for orders placed on a Friday. Full details of delivery can be found in the delivery section on the home page.
I have received the wrong item, what do I do and how soon should I expect replacement?
If you have received the wrong item and it’s a week day then please call us immediately, the sooner you get in touch the sooner we can fix it for you. If you receive the package on a Friday and don’t open it until the weekend then please email and call the store as the correct item will be put by for you. If you are living locally then you may exchange in store. Otherwise the correct item will be sent first thing Monday morning. We would also ask that you send the wrong item back via registered post, not courier service, and we will refund you for the cost of this.
I see a product online that I like but it is sold out, can you re-order this product for me?
Yes we can order the product through the store for you, however this is strictly an in-store service and store terms and conditions apply. A deposit will also be required in order for the store assistant to order the product.
