Return Policy
There is no exchange on sale items, this does not affect your statutory rights. Online terms and conditions match those of our stores which are as follows: we will gladly exchange or offer a credit note on non-faulty merchandise within 14 days of purchase providing they are unworn, unmarked, original tags are attached and with proof of purchase.

Cooling Off Period
Unwanted or unsuitable goods may be cancelled and returned to us within 7 working days, starting the day after receipt of goods, inline with the "Distance Selling Directive" as long as the goods are unworn and in a resalable condition and the packaging remains in an ‘as new’ state, in original packaging and with labels intact. Goods must be returned at your own expense.

Delivery Methods
Shipping costs are not included on the prices given on the site. Delivery costs are extra and will vary with parcel size and from country to country depending on taxes, duties. It is our intention to deliver your goods as quickly as we can. All packages are insured as they will be sent by registered post only. Orders within Ireland and N Ireland, within 3 working days, orders within UK 3-4 working days.

All prices are inclusive of any payable value tax in Ireland. Please note that all shipments outside of Ireland may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied once the shipment reaches your country. As we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be, additional charges for customs clearance must be borne to you.
