Loyalty Card - Terms and Conditions
- Your Neola Loyalty Card must be given to the shop assistant when making a purchase in order for points to be accumulated by you. Points cannot be claimed once a customer has left the Point of Sale.
- The Promoter (Neola) may vary the points’ collection period and the redemption value of the points. Points will be deducted for the value of any credit notes issued.
- 1 point is equal to 1 cent (euro).
- You will be able to collect points in any participating outlet in the Republic of Ireland but not online.
- Points will not be issued in “Sale Time” or with purchases of the Neola Gift Cards.
- If you have not made any purchase for 6 months, you may be eliminated from the scheme. You may rejoin the scheme. Your name will be removed from the scheme at any time if you so request it.
- Your Neola Loyalty card must be produced when using your Loyalty points.
- Neola Loyalty points may be used at participating outlets for full or part payment for a transaction, no change will be given nor can they be exchanged for cash.
- The Promoter reserves the right to reject a card if it deems in its sole discretion that it has been forged or otherwise tampered with.
- Your Neola Loyalty card is the property of the Promoter and it must be surrendered if so requested. It may only be used in participating outlets. The Promoter may refuse to issue a membership card and it reserves the right to terminate or alter the Neola Loyalty Card Scheme without prior notice. The Promoter’s decision shall be final and binding in all matters regarding the Neola Loyalty Card scheme.
- Your Neola Loyalty Card is not a credit card, payment or cheque guarantee card and should be treated as cash.
- The Loyalty card is not transferable.
- Printed statements made by the Promoter regarding the Neola Loyalty Card form part of the Terms and Conditions governing the scheme.
