Delivery is free for all orders over €100 within Ireland & Northern Ireland. (However, this promotion can NOT be used with another promotion.)

Delivery is €5.95 for all orders under €100 within Ireland & Northern Ireland 

Delivery to UK is €8.50. Orders with a total value of £135 or less per order are generally not subject to UK customs duty. For orders above £135, import charges may apply. Customers placing larger purchases may wish to split their purchases into separate orders of £135 or less, although the assessment of any duties or taxes remains at the discretion of UK customs authorities.

Delivery to EU is €12.50

Our deliveries are sent with An Post (Ireland's national postal service).

When you purchase delivery you have purchased a product/service from An Post . As such you have entered into a separate contract with An Post to deliver the product to you chosen location. This service is registered and trackable. 

We endeavour for next day delivery within Dublin when you place an order before 2.00pm. All areas outside Dublin we endeavour to deliver within 2 working days. Please note at busy times of year, couriers can be backlogged and it may take a little longer.

Please provide a contact number and Postal code or Eir code (if within Ireland).

Preorders:

Preorder items will have an obvious delay attached, please refer to the delivery dates when ordered. 

Click & Collect:

These items must be collected within 7 days.

Returns:

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item or items to us in their original, unused, and unworn condition (with labels attached) within 14 days of receipt.

Please ensure you complete the reasoning section on the packing slip and enclose it in your return. You should also state whether you would prefer a credit note or a refund. 

We will issue a full refund (excluding the original delivery charge) upon receipt of the returned items. Please note that if goods are received back with labels removed or show indications of wear, a refund will not be issued.For our UK customers (excluding Northern Ireland):  - Please ensure your carrier writes "Returns" on the customer declaration docket.  - You must write your order number on the package as a reference.  - Please notify us of your return by emailing info@neola.ie, including your order number in the email.

Please note:
The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.
This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights. We will be unable to accept the return of any item where there is evidence that these instructions have not been followed. The item must be returned in its original packaging (with labels attached) and with any enclosed documentation.

Exchanges 
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds 
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
